Patient SatisfactionAt Far Hills we understand that a good experience for the patient is ultimately a good experience for the surgeon’s practice. As such, we take it very seriously and strive to measure and improve our performance at every opportunity. Each and every patient receives a satisfaction survey during their visit. On the average, about 45% of our patients return these surveys. That means we receive 1000s of surveys each year full of comments our patient’s experience at the center. Believe it or not, every one of these comments is reviewed, and not just by the person collecting them! In fact, the committee of surgeons that reviews our quality data also reviews all comments received from our patients.
